Delete Your 
Account

Users of the Drone Harmony app can request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

Please send an email to: support@droneharmony.com

We need the following information:

  • Email subject: Delete account

  • The email address used to create the Drone Harmony account

What data will be deleted

Once your request has been processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • User account

  • Profile information

  • App-related usage and configuration data

Data retention

If required by law (for example, legal or accounting obligations), certain data may be retained for the legally required period and then deleted. Account deletion requests are usually processed within 14 days.
